This page shows the current operational state of every layer in the SchneeAI stack, plus the providers we route to. SchneeAI-owned components (Gateway, Console, Vault, LiteLLM routing) are ours to fix when they break — incidents on those rows are our responsibility. Provider rows show our view of upstream availability; the authoritative source is always the provider’s own status page, linked at the bottom.
How to read this page
- Overall banner reflects whether any SchneeAI-owned component is unhealthy. A degraded provider alone does not flip it red, because the Gateway can route around most provider outages when your policy allows it.
- 90-day uptime counts only completed calendar days. Partial-day degradation is reflected in the bar chart, not in the percentage.
- Incidents are posted within 15 minutes of confirmation for major/critical severity, and within 1 hour for minor. Customer-impacting deploys are posted here before they start.
- SLO targets are aspirational, not contractual. Design partners have separate SLA terms in their agreement; everyone else is on the standard terms.
What you should do when something looks wrong
If you see a degraded or outage status here that matches what you are observing, you do not need to file a ticket — we already know. For anything not reflected here, email [email protected] with the affected service, tenant, request IDs, and approximate timestamps. Status does not auto-refresh; refresh the page to check for updates.
