Current phase: design-partner

SchneeAI is currently operating with a small number of design partners. To avoid publishing metrics that do not yet reflect real production traffic, the component status table, 90-day uptime chart, and incident log below are intentionally empty. They will be populated automatically from real probes once the platform enters general availability.

What will appear here at general availability

  • Overall banner will reflect whether any SchneeAI-owned component (Gateway, Console, Vault, LiteLLM routing) is unhealthy. A degraded provider alone will not flip it red, because the Gateway can route around most provider outages when your policy allows it.
  • 90-day uptime will count only completed calendar days, per component. Partial-day degradation will be reflected in the bar chart, not in the percentage.
  • Incidents will be posted within 15 minutes of confirmation for major/critical severity, and within 1 hour for minor. Customer-impacting deploys will be posted here before they start.
  • SLO targets are aspirational, not contractual, and take effect at general availability. Design partners have separate SLA terms in their agreement.

External provider status (always available)

While SchneeAI’s own component data is pending, you can check upstream providers directly:
